We understand that despite our wide selection the Czech Floorball merch, it may happen that you choose the wrong size, wrong color or simply change your mind. In this case you do not need to despair and you can return the goods without giving reasons within 14 days of purchase.

And if you are satisfied with the product, but something goes wrong with it, we are ready to face it and accept the product for a classic warranty. You can read about how to proceed in these exceptional situations on this page.

Returns information


On which product can I apply returns? 

By law you can return any unused goods within 14 days of purchase from the e-shop without giving any reasons. This applies to all of our products that we have in stock. However, this does not apply to goods made to order.

What should I do? 


Send the goods to us or bring them to our store for return (address: Czech Hockey Fanshop, Galerie Harfa, 2nd floor, Českomoravská 2420/15a, 190 93 Prague 9). Please do not forget to attach the return form to the goods, without the account number for the refund and basic information about you (name, surname, contact, order number) we will not be able to process your request for a return or complaint. Warranty information


On which product can I apply the warranty?


Every product purchased from our e-shop is covered by the classic legal 2-year warranty period. This does not only apply to consignment goods. But we will inform you about this directly on the product page.


What should I do?


If you want to apply a warranty about goods purchased from us, please contact us by email or phone first. Current contact information can always be found on the Contact page. After our agreement please send the goods to us or bring them to our store. Please do not forget to attach a brief cover letter to the goods with the order number, contact details and a description of the defects. As soon as the goods reach us, we will assess the defects or deficiencies within 30 days and inform you about the outcome of the complaint.


What can be the result?


If supplier confirms the defect on the product you will receive a brand new product from us or a voucher for some other one from our fan range. Alternatively, you are also entitled to a refund of the money you paid for the claimed product.


If, on the basis of the analysis, our supplier evaluates that the problem was not caused by poor quality or processing of the product, but by its incorrect use then unfortunately you are not receive a new product and we will return the old one to you.


 In case of a 3rd repeated complaint with the same problem, you are entitled to a refund. You can also find more information about complaints in our Terms and conditions.
